About Us
Physical Equilibrium believes a balanced body is a healthy body.
In order for the human body to achieve optimal physical performance and the finest physical appearance, there must be a balance between mind, body, and spirit. But how does one achieve this balance? Physical Equilibrium’s founder and head-trainer Sara Dimmick believes that it can only occur through a tailored regimen of physical activity.
Physical activity, beyond just improving an outward appearance, is proven to reduce stress, increase energy and prevent against disease. By placing an equal importance on muscular strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and joint-muscle flexibility, balancing one’s body will progress injury free and reach its ultimate goal – to become a healthy body in a state of physical equilibrium.
