Brandon Acevedo brings over 20 years experience in health and fitness to Physical Equilibrium. During his career he has helped many clients obtain their fitness goals through a progressive fitness approach that strongly reinforces form, posture, and technique. Although resolute about proper mechanics, Brandon's sessions are creative, dynamic and fun. He aims to create functional bodies that are beautiful, streamlined, and balanced, and those that enhance self-image actualization, self-awareness and an overall zest for life.
In addition to his personal training certifications, Brandon is skilled in various injury prevention techniques. He has also studied Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu, Muay Thai martial arts, boxing and modern dance. In addition, Brandon has competed in over a half a dozen natural bodybuilding competitions.
It is through these experiences that Brandon has learned how to create an aesthetic physique utilizing proper nutrition, training and recuperation.
