Corina Soare is a strength and conditioning coach who accumulated a lot of experience in the field of personal training and sport performance by learning from the best. In 2013, under Mike Boyle’s guidance, she spent time at his Woburn facility where she learned and practiced the training concepts utilized in his program, thus creating a strong foundation for strength coach. In the fall of 2015 she spent two months at Cressey Sport Performance facility in Hudson, Mass where she further solidified her knowledge.
During high school years Corina played volleyball, and moved on to basketball and rowing in college. She learned and performed many sports-specific workouts inside and outside of the weight room, and she continue to apply this knowledge in her current personal training practice. Furthermore, Corina is a big believer in constant learning and improvement. In addition to receiving a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Hunter College, she is a Functional Movement Specialist and apply this system with all her clients; and she is certified with EXOS Fitness Specialist and EXOS Performance Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning, Kettlebell Concepts, TRX and NASM, among others. She became a health coach, with a focus on nutrition, through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York.
Corina uses assessments to build individualized programs for her clients, incorporating the building blocks of good movement unlike mainstream training professionals. Studding with the best in the industry of fitness and sport performance I have learned that nothing is an absolute. Using effectively, different approaches like breathing techniques, mobility and corrective exercises I choose from my tool box what works best for each client.
