Daniela Mattos-Turcinov is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Meditation instructor. Daniela previously worked at JPMorgan's Private Bank as a Global Investor and fully appreciates the rigors and strains of a life in finance. Managing stress and chronic pain was a daily challenge for Daniela. After the birth of her second child, Daniela stepped away from the desk to spend more time with her kids and to learn meditation techniques to heal her body and better understand the interactions between mind and body. Today, Daniela focuses on helping professionals and busy mothers reduce stress and tension in their lives by teaching their bodies and minds how to relax. Daniela also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Radiant Child Yoga Certification and is a Reiki 1 and 2 practitioner.
