David Diaz is a personal trainer and owner of Driven Fitness. Ever since he was a kid, he had always been exposed to the world of fitness. He discovered after high school that he wanted to take fitness seriously--not only for himself, but to train others. He enrolled in the Swedish Institute and graduated in 2015 with an Associates degree in Occupational Studies focusing in Advanced Personal Training. Since 2016, he’s dedicated himself to his craft. David has a background in both salsa dance (mambo) and martial arts, and an additional certification in pre/postal natal fitness, on top of being a certified personal trainer. He understands the discipline and consistency needed to reach one's goals. More importantly, he’s lived with two elderly parents and crippled sister, so he knows the challenges that life brings. Even so, he still found a way to chase his goals and dreams. When it comes to training, he knows that life can be a nuisance or even the limiting factor, but he always promotes a stronger balance and better living, no matter the circumstance. He truly enjoys being able to help his clients reach their goals and push them to heights they thought too high for themselves, but in the end, conquered.
