Elia Johnson is vinyasa yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over ten years. She has 375 hours of yoga training from the Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC including advanced trainings in Hands On Alignment and Assists. Elia is trained in and practices vinyasa yoga, which is a flowing form of yoga focused on linking movement and breath. Her practice focuses on form and alignment in order to find the balance between effort and ease in each asana. Elia has witnessed first hand the transformative nature of yoga both on and off the mat to bring peace, balance, strength, and flexibility. She is excited to share this practice with those looking to change their physical and emotional bodies one breath at a time.
