Elliot has been intrigued by the body from a young age, first wanting to learn how to manipulate the muscles to grow bigger, faster, or stronger before learning that health and physical fitness go deeper than the surface. After spending 4 years in the United States Marine Corp, he decided to give his passion a shot and pursue a career in personal training. He enrolled in the Advanced personal training program at Swedish institute college of health sciences in May 2014 and graduated 2yrs later with an associates degree in occupational studies. In college is where he first met Sarah Currie and learned of Physical Equilibrium. After graduation from Swedish, he worked at Equinox for a year, and now joins our Physical Equilibrium team. He enjoys strength training most, helping clients get stronger week after week, as well as functional training to help them perform better in their every day lives. He also genuinely enjoys helping clients change their physical appearance through consistent hard work in weight training and encouraging them with basic nutritional support. He is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Personal Trainer(CTP), as well as holding certifications in pre/post natal, Kettlebell lvl 1, TRX suspension training, and ViPR training.
