Shirley is the studio manager for Physical Equilibrium. She has been a personal trainer for 15 years, certified by NASM. She is a stretch specialist, and also holds certifications in pre/post natal fitness and Kettlebell Level 1. Her training modalities include strength & conditioning, athletic training, and myofascial release techniques. Shirley worked at David Barton and Equinox before coming to PhysEq.
